Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

Your mission
  • You are responsible for the entire product life cycle and transfer the idea and vision into a realistic product roadmap in order to achieve measurable results
  • You lead the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing and other teams
  • You ensure the end-to-end product management process and take on measures for project planning and tracking progress
  • You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation in close cooperation with the development teams
  • You act as an interface between the business management and the IT team
  • You continuously gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and write JTBD stories
  • You continuously analyse the behaviour and feedback of users as well as relevant market and competitive developments and initiate derived projects and measures.
  • You will monitor and report on KPIs and metrics to measure success
Your profile
  • You have experience in setting up complex structures (such as ERP, CRM, etc.) and have a profound understanding of e-commerce platforms and the associated background processes
  • Technology is at your hearth. You understand technology and are able to talk in tech terms to the IT team.
  • You appreciate complete and clean documentation and are familiar with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • It motivates you to optimize products and customer journeys and you show passion and creativity to find ways to implement them.
  • You are well organized, make suggestions on your own initiative and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with regularly changing challenges.
  • You find it easy to convince others of your ideas, you are assertive and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You combine very good analytical skills with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking,
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • Bachelor‘s or Master's degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in modern tech product management in an agile environment with a full-stack team, ideally in an e-commerce / retail context
  • Excellent analytical and social skills with the ability to work successfully across all
  • Maturity, judgment, and proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-discipline for Home Office work

For this position, the minimum salary is EUR 65.000,- gross/year  (38.5 h/week), in accordance with the respective collective agreement.
