Your mission
- fulfilling all the tasks specific for or related to the customer service department (e.g., claim management, troubleshooting etc.)
- providing service for customers within our CRM system and responsible management of verbal and written customer queries
- acting as first level interface between end consumers and internal company departments
- creation of a positive brand image through positive, empathetic, prompt and professional customer service including: Online Dispute Resolution, Order Cancellations, Delegates
- continuous quality assurance and observance of prescribed procedural methods
